KLS Central Intake is a small call center of only 8 employees. The job entails fielding about 20 calls per day, helping callers determine what options are available for assistance. BILINGUAL SKILLS A PLUS! The ideal candidate will also possess accurate data entry skills, be able to research answers, and maintain careful attention to detail. The work schedule for this position will be 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
