Build and Lead a High-Performing Roofing Sales Team

MNRC is looking for an experienced roofing sales leader to build, lead, and scale our Wisconsin sales operation.

This is not an entry-level management role. We are seeking a proven producer and leader who understands storm restoration, insurance-based roofing sales, canvassing leadership, sales process accountability, and how to build a winning culture in the field.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Build & Lead a Winning Sales Team

  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing roofing sales representatives
  • Train reps on canvassing, inspections, insurance claims processes, supplements, and closing techniques
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and one-on-one performance development
  • Create accountability around KPIs, sales activity, inspections, closes, and production quality
  • Help establish a competitive, team-first culture focused on growth and results

Drive Revenue & Branch Growth

  • Lead the branch in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Run and participate in door-to-door sales efforts and storm-response initiatives
  • Support reps in closing deals, handling customer objections, and navigating insurance claim conversations
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor profitability, production timelines, and branch performance metrics

Lead From the Front

We are looking for a hands-on leader — someone willing to get in the field, lead by example, and help reps win.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has already succeeded in roofing or restoration sales
  • Knows how to motivate and retain top sales talent
  • Understands the urgency and opportunity within storm restoration
  • Can create structure, accountability, and momentum within a growing branch

Preferred Experience

  • Roofing, restoration, or exterior construction sales leadership experience
  • Experience managing canvassing or outside sales teams
  • Strong understanding of insurance restoration sales
  • Proven track record of recruiting and developing successful sales reps
  • Experience managing branch growth, sales KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
