Clinical Magnet , a division of ICON Medical Network, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent Home Health opportunity in the Worcester, MA area. Guaranteed salary structure
- No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements (optional overtime available for additional earnings)

- Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist license
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
