Scope of Position This role is part of the Americas Finance Team and supports Platform FP&A processes and business partner teams through advanced analytics, automation, and process improvements. The position unlocks value by enhancing financial planning, reporting, and decision‑making capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities include designing improved finance processes, developing analytical solutions, and providing insights that inform senior leadership.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Leverage data science, robotic process automation, AI, and other emerging technologies to increase process efficiency and deliver advanced analytics solutions.
Redesign finance processes and database structures to enhance technology utilization and system integration.
Streamline data gathering practices and improve connectivity across Finance functions to boost productivity.
Develop reporting, presentation, and visualization methods that provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Influence senior leadership through executive presentations, storytelling, and data‑driven recommendations.
Pioneer new analytical methodologies and lead the rollout of process and system improvements regionally.
Analyze large and complex datasets using analytical and statistical approaches to solve business challenges.
Support annual planning processes, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables for corporate and regional finance teams.
Maintain financial models, planning templates, and forecasting tools for accuracy and quality analysis.
Provide reporting and analysis of actual, budgeted, forecasted, and strategic planning results.
Assist monthly financial close activities, pre‑close monitoring, and communication of system availability.
Support the development of corporate Hyperion reporting capabilities to meet evolving Finance reporting needs.
Lead and participate in additional projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Finance or Company management.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Minimum five years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
Proficiency in programming languages and database technologies such as Python, SQL, C++, or R.
Experience with data science applications, AI tools, large language models, or robotic process automation.
Experience with financial planning and reporting applications such as Hyperion/HFM, Power BI, and Anaplan.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex financial information to multiple levels of management.
Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, regulations, and safety practices.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and pass background checks.
Preferred Qualifications MBA, MS, or advanced degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline.
Experience supporting FP&A processes within a manufacturing organization.
Experience with SAP.
Experience leading finance transformation initiatives and implementing process automation solutions.

Location & Travel The role is hybrid: office in North Andover, Massachusetts three days per week (Monday–Wednesday) with remote work two days per week (Thursday–Friday). Travel requirements are 5–10%, including occasional travel to Watts locations for meetings, training, and business support activities.

Pay Range $116,000 – $128,000 yearly, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
