The laborer assists plant operations by loading and unloading pipes, assembling items, supporting safety efforts, and collaborating with the team. This entry-level role works under direct supervision. Job Title: General Labor Job Category: Contract to hire, Full-time Location: Saint Louis, Mo Shift: 6am-230pm Mon-Friday Compensation: $18.00/hour Similar Positions: General Labor, Mechanics, Loading and Unloading, Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities for the General Labor role: Perform tasks involving manual labor.Follows all safety and company policies / procedures and promotes a safe cultureMaintain safe conditions by following safety guidelines and proceduresAssists with painting pipe and cleaning rings as instructedEnsures paint operation processes are maintained and running effectively to meet production, quality and delivery requirementsHelp maintain a clean jobsite by picking up and storing tools and equipment.Perform materials handling and storage.Helps Load and unload trucks.Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to the Leads or supervisor Requirements for the General Labor role: Must meet requirements of background and drug screening policiesTeam playerKnow how to follow instructionsHave good attendance Who is HireLevel?
