**Full-Time Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician**

**Central Florida Territory**

**Pay:** Starting at **$18.00 per hour** (based on experience)

We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our maintenance team immediately. This is a hands-on position supporting multiple GameTime family entertainment centers throughout Central Florida.

If you're the type of person who enjoys fixing things, takes pride in keeping facilities operating at their best, and isn't afraid to tackle something different every day, we'd like to hear from you.

### What You'll Do

This is a diverse maintenance position that includes:

• Facility maintenance and repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• High dusting, cleaning, and general upkeep
• Kitchen equipment maintenance and repair
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Arcade game repairs and preventative maintenance
• Game installations, relocations, and setup
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs
• Working with our corporate maintenance team to complete assigned projects

No two days are the same, and a willingness to learn is more important than previous amusement industry experience.

### Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Able to lift, move, and work with equipment safely
• Comfortable using email and basic Excel spreadsheets to communicate and track work
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good English communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

### Work Locations & Travel

This position supports our locations in:

• Kissimmee
• Ocoee
• Daytona Beach
• Tampa

One location will be considered your primary work area based on where you live. Travel to your primary location is considered your normal commute. When assigned to work outside your primary area, mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with company policy. Reliable personal transportation is required.
