Role Description The Business Secretary is a full-time, on-site role based at Optimum Health Beauty & Spa in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves managing daily clerical and administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence; scheduling appointments; maintaining digital and paper records; and preparing basic reports and documents. The Business Secretary supports owners and managers with executive administrative assistance, such as organizing meetings, drafting communications, and tracking follow-up actions. This position also interacts with clients at the front desk, providing courteous customer service, answering questions about services, and ensuring a professional reception experience. Qualifications

  • Proven executive administrative assistance capabilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment, resolving issues promptly, and supporting client satisfaction.
  • High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and client records.
  • Prior experience in a spa, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality setting is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in office administration or business is a plus.
