Connect individuals to substance use treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MOUD), healthcare, behavioral health services, housing resources, transportation, and other community supports.
Assist with HIV and Hepatitis C prevention, education, testing initiatives, and linkage to care.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, first responders, community agencies, faith-based organizations, and other stakeholders.
