Customer Service Representative - Competitive Pay

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a food manufacturing setting. Experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments will also be considered.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Proficient in preparing agreements, price quotes, and other necessary documentation.
• Adept at accurately recording and maintaining details of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Experience coordinating shipments and processing orders with the required documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Passionate about advocating for the best outcomes for our customers.
