High School English Teacher 2026-2027

Lighthouse Christian School (LCS) is looking for you! Are you a qualified Middle and High School English teacher.

This position must teach a proficiently and have strong classroom management skills. Candidate must be flexible, ready to teach, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a High School EnglishTeacher who is proficient in leading and Engish program for high school students. Candidate must be committed to a growth mindset as an educator as well as equally committed to serve as a contributing member of the LCS MSHS teaching team.

Applicants will be responsible for the day-to-day activities within one’s particular classroom environment. This includes planning for and teaching the adopted curriculum, organizing the appropriate classroom activities, setting reasonable goals for the individual students, measuring student progress, and developing appropriate working relationships with parents and other teachers. Applicants must be responsible, energetic, and caring.

Annual Salary: $39,480 based on experience.
