Provide administrative and clerical support within an established occupational health clinic supporting employee health services, employee health program coordination, health record management, and organized clinic workflow operations within a professionally managed healthcare environment.
Working alongside clinical and administrative personnel, the Medical Administrative Clerk supports scheduling coordination, documentation management, inventory tracking, and occupational health program activities within a structured healthcare environment.
Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain health records in accordance with privacy laws, medical protocols, and applicable organizational policies
Coordinate employee health scheduling and track completion of occupational health program requirements, including medical exams and related clearances
Support procurement activities and inventory maintenance for medical supplies, vaccines, and related clinic inventory
Provide administrative support for occupational health activities, including documentation coordination, drug testing collection support, and related clinic services
Assist with clinic workflow coordination, tracking logs, discrepancy reporting, and clerical documentation support within established operational processes
Follow applicable safety and PPE requirements while supporting day-to-day clinic operations
Requirements
Experience maintaining confidential health records within healthcare, occupational health, or regulated administrative environments
Ability to coordinate scheduling activities and track completion of occupational health or medical surveillance requirements
Experience supporting procurement, inventory tracking, or supply coordination activities
Ability to support clinic operations within a regulated healthcare environment and complete required onboarding and site access procedures
Ability to follow applicable federal, state, local, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements
Ability to complete required onboarding and background screening processes
Preferred
Previous experience supporting occupational health, employee health, or clinic-based administrative workflows
Experience working within healthcare, laboratory, or regulated administrative environments
Experience supporting multidisciplinary clinical or administrative teams

Compensation Disclaimer:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
