About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to help grow a busy dental practice and medspa through proactive outreach and relationship building.
This role focuses on generating new business by contacting local businesses, introducing the practice's services, building professional relationships, and scheduling face-to-face meetings for the practice owner. The ideal candidate is confident making outbound calls, enjoys building rapport, and has a passion for sales and customer engagement.
This position has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity as the practice continues to grow.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Prospecting (Top Priority)
Conduct outbound sales and marketing calls to local businesses
Introduce the dental practice and medspa services to prospective referral partners
Confidently represent the practice and communicate the value of its services
Build rapport and establish professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Appointment Setting & Business Development (Top Priority)
Schedule face-to-face meetings between the practice owner and local businesses
Generate referral opportunities for both the dental practice and medspa
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective referral partners
Track outreach activities and appointment outcomes
Lead Generation & Relationship Management (Top Priority)
Research and contact businesses located within a 5–6 mile radius of the practice
Maintain an organized prospect pipeline
Provide regular updates on outreach progress and scheduled meetings
Support practice growth through consistent prospecting efforts
