Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals experiencing communication, speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their communication abilities and overall quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Provide speech and language therapy services using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, educators, and caregivers regarding patient care.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication challenges and functional limitations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient case discussions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and professional guidelines.
- Utilize therapeutic tools, technology, and specialized treatment techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide recommendations regarding assistive communication devices when appropriate.
- Support patient independence and improve overall communication effectiveness.

- Masters Speech Pathology
- Accredited Program Speech Pathology
Certifications:
- SLP - Speech Language Pathologist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
