Outpatient RN - CCBHCD

Horizon is looking for a dedicated nursing professional that is flexible and open to career growth. The RN plans, directs, and implements the nursing care of all clients in outpatient clinics. The RN provides multiple patient services for behavioral health and substance use disordered clients across the life span. Nursing staff coordinate client care under auspices of Director of Nursing, Medical Director, Nursing Manager, and in consultation with Program Director. This is a full-time position at 637 Davison Rd, Lockport NY.
