High-Volume Festival Bartenders, Barbacks, and Distribution for Capitol Hill Block Party 2026

Calling all high-volume bartenders, barbacks, and distribution peeps! As we have finalized staffing for our 28th annual music festival, Capitol Hill Block Party, we have a few slots on staff available on Friday August 7, Saturday August 8th, and on Sunday August 9th that have become available! Our ideal candidates will be comfortable with high-volume bar service and will have worked at a festival or similar event in the past. We pool and split tips for all hours and all positions for the weekend and pay is highly competitive!Position Responsibilities: Bartenders: Check every patron ID for each alcoholic beverage served, make and serve drinks from our select festival menu accurately according to specs, ring all drinks in through square POS or handheld, some set-up and break down depending on shift Barbacks: Help restock coolers and wells, help with set-up and breakdown depending on shift Distribution: Distribute festival menu products to each bar, organize festival trucks, help with set-up and break down depending on shift If you are interested in applying, please keep in mind: We are only considering candidates who are available all 3 days We cannot schedule around other jobs and plans- if you sign up to work, we expect that you could be available for any shift at any time that day and will be phased according to festival needs A valid WA MAST permit is required to work on the CHBP bar staffIf you are interested in working with us, please apply with a resume that highlights your experience and PLEASE TELL US IN A COVER LETTER THAT YOU ARE AVAILABLE ALL 3 DAYS OF THE FESTIVAL AND TELL US WHAT POSITION(S) YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WORKING- CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT DO THIS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
