Roofing Estimator (Sales)

Full Time | $750 per week training pay for first 8 weeks!

Independently manage your daily schedule, conducting 1 to 3 customer appointments per day with a focus on building relationships and closing roofing sales.

Utilize provided leads effectively while also engaging in light prospecting activities, such as neighborhood outreach, to generate additional business opportunities.

Accurately assess roofing projects on-site, preparing detailed estimates based on profit margin to maximize commission potential.

Collaborate with the sales director and team to align efforts, share insights from the field, and contribute to growth.

Manage your own work independently, embracing a self‑motivated, commission‑based role with minimal supervision.

Use basic digital tools such as email and Excel to document estimates, track appointments, and communicate with the team.

Self‑motivated and driven individual comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

Proven success in a commission‑based sales environment, ideally with experience in roofing or home services sales.

Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, focused on trust and genuine customer care rather than high‑pressure sales tactics.

Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including working from home, in a vehicle, and visiting job sites regularly.

Basic computer skills sufficient to handle email, Excel, and simple digital tools; Preferred but not required: prior knowledge of roofing or construction to ease training and understanding of the industry.

Adaptable to a dynamic work environment with seasonal fluctuations and a startup office atmosphere.

Proven experience in sales or estimating, preferably with 3 to 5 years in roofing, home services, or related industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with customers.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and Excel; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with willingness to work from home, in a vehicle, and visit job sites regularly.

Preferred but not required: knowledge of roofing or construction to ease training and improve estimating accuracy.

Willingness to engage in some prospecting activities, such as light door knocking or neighborhood outreach, to generate additional leads.

Comfortable with a hybrid work environment and equipped with company‑provided tools including a truck, computer, cell phone, and gas card.
