We’re looking for Retail Sales Associates to represent our partner brands with energy and professionalism. In this role, you’ll connect directly with customers, promote products and services, and help people find solutions that fit their needs. Locations we are hiring for: Mesa, AZ; Phoenix,AZ

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to provide information, answer questions, and recommend products or services
• Confidently promote client brands and offerings in a professional and approachable way
• Build genuine customer relationships that foster trust and loyalty
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective communication and follow-up
• Work closely with teammates to share strategies and celebrate wins
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and personal progress

• Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus (but not required)
