Hardscape Supervisor

The Yard Force is a full-service lawn and landscaping company that specializes in lawn care, landscape, hardscape, and irrigation. We are looking for experienced hardscape crew leaders. We are looking for those with leadership experience in lawn care, hardscapes and irrigation. We have several different positions available for all experience levels.

Qualified candidates have the following:

• Great attitude and work ethic
• Ability to work 40+ hrs Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
• Year-round work; not seasonal
• Works/communicates well in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid drivers license is preferred

Pay: $20.00- $26.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Punctual, trainable, willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment (multi/bilingual skills are a plus)
• Able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be willing to work Saturdays during peak demand season
• Must have the ability to operate lawn care equipment, trucks, and lift up to 80 lbs
• Must be comfortable with a highly seasonal job and flexible lawn care/landscaping duties
• Perform duties in accordance with company safety policy and OSHA guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care and tree care, ensuring high-quality results.
• Operate and maintain power and hand tools, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.
• Lead a team in landscaping projects, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a valid driver’s license for transportation of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, utilizing bilingual skills when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
