Mental Health Counseling of Nazareth is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing outpatient private practice as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Whether you're newly licensed or looking to expand your existing caseload, this is an opportunity to build a successful private practice without the stress of managing the business side.

This Position Is Perfect For

• Newly licensed LPCs or LCSWs looking to build their own caseload
• Therapists interested in transitioning into private practice

• Experienced therapists who want more autonomy without the responsibilities of owning a practice

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using our electronic health record
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Pennsylvania licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Experience providing outpatient therapy is preferred but not required
