As an American Standard Customer Care Dealer and Mitsubishi Electric Elite Diamond Dealer, we run a high-volume residential service and installation operation using ServiceTitan, and we take pride in running clean, accountable calls from first contact to close.

THE ROLE

The Dispatcher keeps our residential service operation running on the ground. Working under the direction of the Service Manager, you execute the daily dispatch plan — communicating with techs and customers, handling data entry and scheduling in ServiceTitan, and making sure the details are handled so nothing slips. This role blends real-time dispatch coordination, customer service, and back-office admin support.

You'll be a good fit if you're reliable, organized, a strong communicator, and someone who executes with accuracy and urgency without needing to be chased.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Execute the daily dispatch plan set by the Service Manager — assign, update, and move jobs in ServiceTitan as directed
• Communicate job assignments, schedule changes, and ETAs to technicians throughout the day
• Keep customers informed: proactively call or text with arrival windows, delays, and next steps
• Answer inbound calls, provide customer service, and book new service appointments
• Monitor job status in real time and flag issues — parts delays, job overruns, tech availability
• Review completed jobs for accuracy: invoices, photos, required forms, and notes all present before close
• Support technicians in the field: relay information, coordinate parts logistics, and escalate to the Service Manager as needed
• Conduct outbound calls — reactivate dormant customers, follow up on unsold estimates, and fill open slots on the board as directed by the Service Manager
• Manage membership agreement scheduling and renewal outreach
• Assist with payroll prep, tech time reconciliation, and KPI reporting as directed
• Handle general office admin: phones, mail, supply ordering, filing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3+ years dispatching in residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar field service — HVAC/plumbing strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (or comparable field service software) — strongly preferred
• Calm under pressure with the ability to re-prioritize quickly when the board changes
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone presence
• Detail-oriented — you notice when something's missing and you fix it without being asked
• Proficient with standard office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not a requirement

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $20.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
