We are looking for a versatile, highly organized Marketing & Business Support Specialist to join our team. In this dual-impact role, you will be the bridge between our brand presence and our daily business operations. On the marketing side, you will help amplify our mission, managing digital content, social media channels, and community outreach materials. On the business support side, you will serve as a vital operational engine, assisting with client onboarding support, managing administrative workflows, and keeping our day-to-day office operations running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across a variety of marketing initiatives and daily operational workflows. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Marketing Aptitude: Proven experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter), drafting newsletters, and creating clean, professional marketing collateral (experience with Canva, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

Marketing Campaign Coordination: Executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social media, email channels, and content platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Content Creation & Copywriting: Drafting engaging copy for newsletters, social media posts, and marketing collateral, ensuring all materials align with our brand voice.

Client & Systems Support: Experience using CRMs (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage lead tracking, update customer data and assist with client communication workflows.

Administrative & Operational Backing: Providing expert oversight for daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, CRM updates, and data management.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance metrics to help optimize future outreach strategies.

Community & Brand Management: Monitoring digital communities, engaging with our audience online, and ensuring all customer-facing touchpoints maintain a premium standard.

Ad Hoc Business Support: Delivering insightful, tailored support to address unique, fast-moving operational challenges as the business scales.
