Are you a highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment?
Our client, a well-established and growing financial institution, is seeking a polished, proactive professional to provide high-level support to its CEO.
This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is acomposed and resourceful problem solver who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with ease, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the President & CEO's complex calendar, scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative priorities.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, presentations, logistics, and annual governance calendars.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the executive office, senior leadership, Board members, regulators, and affiliated organizations.
- Coordinate executive travel, accommodations, event registrations, and expense reporting.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain executive documentation, presentations, and confidential communications.
- Review invoices, reconcile petty cash and corporate credit card activity, and support executive office financial administration.
- Assist with executive meetings, special projects, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure completion of required compliance training and remain current on banking regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fully Bilingual Spanish and English ( read write and speak in a professional capacity)
- Professional presence with the ability to interact confidently with executives, Board members, clients, and regulators.
- Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory environments is highly desirable
