Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Precision CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines such as lathes and milling machines to produce complex, high-precision components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies, including electrical discharge machining and CAD/CAM software, in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence. Must be able to run CNC Mills and Lathes
Duties
- Set up and operate a variety of precision and cutting tools, including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine material requirements and machine procedures.
- Perform accurate measurements and quality control checks on finished products using precision instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Cut, shape, and fabricate tools and machine parts to ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery to optimize performance and ensure workplace safety.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
Experience
- Must be able to run CNC Mills and Lathes
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist or relevant hands-on experience.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics and mechanics.
- Excellent manual dexterity, mechanical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints accurately.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
