This is a full-time, in-office recruiting role based at our Subaru of Norman dealership. Regular travel is required between our dealerships in Norman, Midwest City, and Oklahoma City.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who is comfortable managing a high-volume workload while supporting approximately 20-30 hires per month across multiple departments and locations.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for 35-40 active openings across Cavender Auto Family dealerships in Norman, Midwest City, and Oklahoma City

Recruit for a variety of dealership positions including: Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, Automotive Technicians, Accounting & Office Roles, Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Porter & Support Staff

Develop and execute recruiting strategies through job boards, sourcing, career fairs, social media, networking, and community outreach

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver strong hiring results

Review resumes, screen candidates, and maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system

Conduct initial interviews, coordinate next steps, extend offers, and guide candidates through the hiring process

Negotiate offers and help close candidates in a competitive hiring market

3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment

Experience using applicant tracking systems to source, track, and manage candidates

Hands‑on sourcing experience with Indeed and other recruiting platforms

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for dealership visits, career fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require
