This is a high-impact role where you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Operations, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Leadership to deliver real results for customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day customer relationships after account launch
  • Drive account growth through distribution expansion and performance improvements
  • Identify issues early and solve problems before customers are impacted
  • Act as a trusted advisor - not just an order taker
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and execution gaps
  • Partner with Sales to maximize account opportunities
  • Drive follow-through across internal teams
  • Ensure customer commitments are executed - not just discussed
  • Track initiatives, projects, and account performance
