Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

  • Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Lead project planning, procurement, and cost control efforts
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Coordinate with internal teams, architects, and engineers to drive project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up projects within the $10M-$30M range
  • Exposure to sectors such as light industrial, education, office, or retail
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes and software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership capability
