Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Lead project planning, procurement, and cost control efforts
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, and engineers to drive project success
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience delivering ground-up projects within the $10M-$30M range
- Exposure to sectors such as light industrial, education, office, or retail
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes and software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership capability
