Finance Manager

We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Manager to help build and support the financial planning and analysis function within a growing, private equity–backed wealth management firm. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this individual will support day-to-day budgeting, forecasting, and reporting deliverables, build and maintain financial models and dashboards, and help create scalable, repeatable processes that improve financial visibility across the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a build‑and‑scale environment, is comfortable working through ambiguity, is highly detail‑oriented, and has strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
