Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
