Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Clearwater Beach, Florida. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their stay. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, managing reservations, and providing information about the hotel services.

Applicants should have experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role and possess excellent communication skills. A customer service attitude and familiarity with FSPMS or MARSHA are essential.
