We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
To gain market share in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic's Pacing products within assigned territory.
CRM seeks collaborative candidates who are patient-centric, passionate, and who represent the same wide variety of life experiences as our patients. CRM Sales representatives are regularly on call. Must have ability to work and/or travel outside of normal business hours.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
•
Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic's CR M products and services to exist ing and competitive customers
•
Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives . Maintain knowledge of diverse Medtronic products and support sales efforts .
•
Coordinate customer activitie s at all meetings as assigned
•
Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory lo g)
•
Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer pre ferences and product features
•
Cost-eff ectively manage time and assets
•
Maintain adequate inventory (trunk stock) and assist in the realloc ation and delivery of product
•
Effectively utilize sales collateral to support pr omotional and territorial needs
Technical/Educational
•
Train and educate both existing and competitive customers to gain incremental business
•
Maintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product lines
•
Advise customers on a continuing basis regarding pe rformance of assigned products
•
Provide 24-hour territory coverage (includin g holidays, weekends, evenings)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience *
- OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience *
- OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience *
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech , healthcare, or life sciences
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
•
Preference will be given to local , qualified candidates and candi dates with Medtronic experience
•
4 years medical industry sales experience in hospital environment
•
3 years selling implantable CRM products
•
Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance
