At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.

The Business Analyst is a dedicated member of the Salesforce Center of Excellence responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into actionable deliverables. This role is focused on traditional business analysis with clear scope and alignment to specific platforms (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Partner with Technical Product Owners to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements

Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows aligned to business goals

Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements

Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies as a core member of the product team

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and defect triage to ensure quality of delivered solutions

Maintain domain expertise in assigned platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Ensure documentation and artifacts are consistently updated in project management tools (i.e., Azure DevOps, Aha!)

Visualize workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through detailed process mapping

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support disciplined change management and user readiness

Stay focused on assigned platform/product area to reduce context switching and improve delivery effectiveness

Qualifications

Education Experience:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

3+ years of Business Analysis experience, including hands-on experience supporting requirements, user stories, and process design for Salesforce

Experience supporting QA and UAT activities including test planning and execution

Demonstrated ability to work as a dedicated member of a product or platform team

Preferred:

Experience in DME, healthcare, or medical technology industries

Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Miro, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences

Ability to manage competing priorities within a focused product scope

Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with minimal supervision

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous situations

Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

US Pay Range

$70,800 $99,120 USD
