Role and Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to create a positive shopping experience
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Assist customers in locating pet products, including food, supplies, and accessories
- Recommend appropriate pet care products based on customer needs
- Maintain stocked, clean, and organized shelves across all departments
- Support merchandising efforts and create attractive product displays
- Ensure overall store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with daily store operations and collaborate with team members
