Position Summary
The Regional Marketing Growth Manager will lead and coordinate the Northeast Division’s marketing, business development support, growth programs, association strategy, and pursuit management activities. This role will help drive disciplined organic growth by ensuring opportunities, pursuits, conferences, association involvement, funding programs, external facing events, and business development initiatives are aligned and executed effectively. This role works closely with the Northeast Division Manager, Divisional Leadership, the Regional Commercial Leader, seller-doers, client service representatives, and the Commercial Marketing Team.
Marketing Growth Program Management
Coordinate Northeast growth initiatives and annual growth planning activities. Facilitate monthly growth meetings with divisional leadership, track, report, and implement divisional growth strategies. Maintain visibility into key opportunities, initiatives, and action items.
Pursuit Proposal Support
Coordinate Go/No-Go workflows and supporting documentation. Support pursuit planning, kickoff activities, proposal development coordination, schedules, responsibilities, and deadlines. Facilitate pursuit debriefs and lessons-learned reviews to improve future win rates and pursuit strategies.
CRM Pipeline Management
Maintain HubSpot data quality and opportunity tracking. Monitor pipeline trends, coordinate pipeline reviews, and support sales forecasting. Analyze sales performance trends, monitor key pursuits and closing forecasts, and provide regular growth, pipeline, and sales reporting to divisional leadership.
Association Conference Strategy
Strategize and manage association memberships, sponsorships, budgets, conference attendance plans, abstract submissions, and volunteer opportunities, as well as track participation and evaluate ROI.
Client Events Thought Leadership
Lead planning and execution of annual client workshops, seminars, outreach campaigns, event promotion, technical presentations, and industry visibility initiatives.
Funding Opportunity Coordination
Coordinate funding-related communications, maintain awareness of funding opportunities, and assist technical teams with research and outreach tied to available funding.
Business Development and Client Growth
Coordinate activities of client service representatives, support cross-selling initiatives, track business development activities, and prepare growth summaries for leadership review. Coordinate strategic client planning efforts and account expansion initiatives across service lines to support cross-selling and organic growth. Lead planning and execution of workshops, seminars, outreach campaigns, and industry visibility initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
Seven or more years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, pursuit coordination, business development support, CRM administration, and/or growth program management.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
Valid drivers license with good driving history.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, transportation, water, wastewater, and/or municipal markets.
Familiarity with organizations such as ACEC, APWA, NEWEA, NEWWA, AWWA, and MMA.
