We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise network infrastructure, endpoint security, and remote access solutions. This role requires deep familiarity with FortiClient VPN/ZTNA, Ubiquiti networking equipment, and general enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain FortiClient endpoints and FortiGate security policies across the organization.

Administer and monitor Ubiquiti UniFi routers, switches, and wireless access points across all office locations.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall rules.

Manage DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM) for the corporate network.

Monitor network performance and uptime; respond to outages and escalate as needed.

Maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management across Windows and macOS environments.

Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and user/device lifecycle management.

Support cloud infrastructure and hybrid connectivity (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, or equivalent).

Document network diagrams, configurations, runbooks, and change management records.

Lead centralized device deployment and management using Microsoft Intune and Azure AD — including device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and app deployment.

Provide hands-on laptop and desktop hardware support — troubleshooting, component-level repairs, assembly, hardware replacement, and warranty management.

Own the employee onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end — provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, devices, software access, and ensuring timely, secure transitions.

Manage and optimize SaaS license inventory — including provisioning, deprovisioning, renewals, and utilization audits across all company software subscriptions.

Track, report, and forecast IT-related costs including hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor contracts; identify opportunities for cost savings.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated IT issues across the organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders on IT projects, hardware procurement, and capacity planning.
