Seeking a customer-focused Associate Customer Service Representative, this remote position with occasional travel will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence during the hours of 8:00 AM CST - 5:00 PM CST. Key Responsibilities: Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Process customer orders, service requests, invoices, and documentation accurately Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and fulfill requests Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience Basic computer and data entry skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally Detail-oriented and team-focused mindset
