Policy Services Assistant

Entry-level position responsible for providing customer support for the Account Services Department including, but not limited to, assisting callers via phone interactions, distributing documents to customers, employee concentration data processing, submission intake and producing state required posting notices. Assists Account Services Department in maintaining established customer services standards by responding to requests in timely manner. Works under direct supervision while following established procedures and service standards to support departmental objectives.
