Clinical Leader - Surgical Services | Mon-Thur | Must have RN

The Team Leader – OR/CS/PACU provides clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational support for Surgical Services while maintaining a hands-on role in patient care. This position serves as a clinical resource for staff, coordinates daily departmental operations, supports quality improvement initiatives, assists with staff development and education, and collaborates with the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across the Operating Room, Central Sterile, and PACU environments.
