Lead Barista/Coffee Specialist

The Lead Barista/Coffee Specialist will lead our coffee/FOH program. For this role we looking for an individual who has a high level of skill in coffee and wants to help lead others to learn the same skills. This individual should be a professional and reliable leader that others can depend on and get a timely response/assistance if needed.

Pay: $16/hr + tips

Schedule needs: full-time, weekend availability required

We are looking for candidates with:

• Minimum 2-3+ years specialty coffee experience
• Experience training Baristas
• Product Development Experience- Ability to release new menu offerings for the coffee bar and be knowledgeable on each rotation of coffee offerings/educate barista team on offerings
• Proficiency in coffee science and familiarity with coffee cultural & culinary trends
• Capability to maintain quality service standards for consistent for coffee product

Job Type: Full-time
