About the role
Division50 runs paid advertising that drives real leads for our clients. We're hiring a Marketing Associate / Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google — someone who has personally owned budgets and hit cost targets.
What you'll do
Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for client accounts.
Own budgets; optimize to target CPA / ROAS; manage creative testing.
Report performance clearly and adjust fast.
What we're looking for (non-negotiable)
You've personally managed live paid-ad campaigns with real budget — building, optimizing, and reporting yourself (not "assisted").
Comfortable across Meta and Google ; fluent in CPA, ROAS, CTR, and budget pacing.
Data-driven and hands-on.
Fluent English ; Arabic a plus.
Nice to have: Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certification; agency experience; Middle East campaigns.
