Desk Campus Receptionist
18 - $20 per hour
Full-Time | Monday-Friday Schedule
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Occasional Saturdays
The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Campus Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff. In this role, you will help create a welcoming campus environment while supporting the Admissions team with administrative tasks and communication. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that helps students start their aviation careers, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support and maintain a professional reception area.
- Assist the Admissions team with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Track and report daily activity related to interviews and financial aid appointments.
- Provide administrative assistance to faculty and staff as needed.
- Support campus operations with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Receptionist or front desk experience.
- Experience in higher education or admissions.
