Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick resolutions

Assist with transportation, reservations, and excursions

  • Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Personalize guest experiences by remembering preferences and making recommendations

Ensure all guest interactions are handled efficiently and courteously

Maintain accurate, confidential guest records

Collaborate with other departments like housekeeping and concierge

  • Support front desk operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure

Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction

Proficiency in hotel management software and office tools

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Competitive hourly pay: $17 - $28
