Fluent in both English and Portuguese, the contract Bilingual Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for early-in-profession talent across corporate and sales functions, working remotely to support high-volume hiring and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level corporate and sales roles, from sourcing to offer and close Source and assess candidates across various business functions, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and maintain candidate pipelines Required qualifications 5 to 7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments Experience hiring for corporate and sales roles, particularly for early-in-profession talent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal
