Full-Time, Non-Exempt. Department:
Program Administration.
Reports To:
Core Program Director.
Pay Range: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour for employees hired in the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. Salary may be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, market data for work location, and internal comparison to similar roles.

Your Impact
As an Administrative Assistant II, you’ll support daily office operations, maintain organized program records, manage fiscal processes, and help ensure the front office is welcoming and efficient. Your work keeps the program functioning at its best.
Key Responsibilities Office & Front Desk Support
- Provide reception and operate a multi-line phone system
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain and restock office supplies
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms and shared spaces
Fiscal & Record Management
- Manage and reconcile petty cash
- Process fund requests, reimbursements, and vendor invoices
- Maintain donation records
- Generate accurate database reports
Administrative & HR Support
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, and written summaries
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR processes
- Complete annual archiving, file audits, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Maintain program/client files in compliance with agency standards
Technical & Operational Support
- Serve as local tech support for office equipment
- Maintain multiple databases and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare materials for monthly safety meetings
- Follow confidentiality laws (HIPAA, etc.) and uphold Aspiranet’s values
Professionalism & Collaboration
- Communicate clearly and follow instructions
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain healthy boundaries
- Represent Aspiranet with professionalism and integrity
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of clerical or business office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable in a Windows-based environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (copier, printer, scanner, fax, postage meter)
- Must meet state employment requirements:
- DOJ fingerprint & Child Abuse Index clearance
- TB/Health physical
- Valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record (if driving required)
Work Environment & Schedule
- This position is based out of Fresno, CA.
- Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
