Compensation: Earn $64,064.00 - $98,934.68 annually with full benefits.

Requirements: Must hold a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 4 months driving experience.

Position Highlights:

• Join our team of experienced flatbed CDL-A drivers
• Regional routes with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset

Driver Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive Pay: Earn between $0.50 to $0.78 per mile based on experience
• Weekly earnings ranging from $1,232.00 to $1,902.59, influenced by experience, routes, attendance, and length of service
• Additional compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay

Paid Orientation:

• Join us at our Spokane, Washington office where airfare, single-occupancy accommodation, breakfast, and lunch are covered.
• Orientation starts on Monday and you can get your truck by Saturday!

How to Qualify:

• Requirements: Must possess a valid Class A driver's license (CDL-A)
• 4+ months of driving experience required
• Safe driving record necessary
• Aged 21 years or older
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferably 1-year truck driving experience, though not mandatory
• Mandatory Checks: Background check, clean drug test, and clearinghouse results needed
• Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of loads (tested during orientation)
