Leading a global team, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Account Management will direct the execution and strategy of the Technical Account Management organization, ensuring enterprise customers effectively utilize Corelight's network detection technology while fostering a culture of technical excellence. Key responsibilities Manage, mentor, and develop a worldwide team of Technical Account Managers, establishing operational objectives and career pathways Design and implement strategies to maximize product adoption and mitigate customer churn across the enterprise portfolio Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to align departmental initiatives with corporate objectives and advocate for customer needs Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or technical leadership within an enterprise software environment, with 5+ years in people management 5+ years of direct experience in Technical Account Management or related fields Experience leveraging customer success and CRM platforms for forecasting and tracking organizational health 6+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
