Experienced Store Manager - Spirit Halloween

As the Store Manager, you will be accountable for:

• Overseeing the total operation of the store
• Maximizing sales and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining exceptional guest services
• Controlling expenses and managing shrink
• Merchandising and inventory control
• Staffing and training employees
• Setting up, packing up, and tearing down the seasonal store

To qualify, candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a flexible schedule. The role involves physical demands such as standing or walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Previous retail management experience is essential.
