Dishwasher

Duties

• Work a shift from 3 am to 11 am.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Sort and organize clean items for efficient storage and easy access for food preparation and service teams.
• Assist with basic food-handling tasks and support food preparation when needed.
• Follow strict food safety management protocols to ensure all cleaning processes meet health regulations.
• Support kitchen staff by heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely in accordance with manual handling guidelines.

Experience

• Experience working under women and taking direction from women is a must. This is a woman owned business and the people managing our kitchen operations are all women.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued!
• Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and basic food handling practices is advantageous.
• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles demonstrates reliability and understanding of cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of knife skills, food preparation, or catering operations can be a plus for those interested in expanding their culinary skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following manual handling protocols is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
