Azure & Microsoft 365 Admin

The Azure & Microsoft 365 Administrator is a key member of a collaborative IT team, partnering with the IT Director, Helpdesk Technician, Systems Architect, and Analytics team to support and enhance the organization’s technology environment. This role is responsible for the administration, security, and operational health of the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems while serving as the primary escalation point for technical issues beyond the helpdesk. Success in this position requires a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting end users. As the organization grows, the role will continue to evolve, with responsibilities and priorities adapting to business needs.
