As a Key Contributor, You Will

• Conduct a variety of standard and specialized clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to strict protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo routine maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with the collection and preparation of specimens for testing, ensuring optimal quality control.
• Meticulously document laboratory procedures, provide training for new staff or interns, and uphold stringent quality standards in the lab.
• Foster a clean and secure work environment while adhering to all relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Background • A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications Required • ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within a year of employment.

• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment tenure.
