Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor II to oversee maintenance operations for two garden-style affordable housing communities totaling 176 units. This position is based at Kimberly Ridge and supports both Kimberly Ridge (76 units) and Westgreen (100 units), supervising one Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across both sites

Perform and oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs

Manage preventive maintenance programs and work orders

Participate in a 2-person on-call rotation

Support property operations and resident satisfaction

Coordinate with contractors during capital improvement projects

Qualifications:

EPA Certification preferred

Appliance repair experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

Prior multi-site experience preferred

Affordable housing experience (Tax Credit and/or Project-Based Section 8) preferred
